Php MySQL developer using a Bootstrap Template

Hi,

I am looking for a php developer to build a database for me using a bootstrap template and MySQL. The database will be used to record my utility spend.

It will have 4 main tables plus a user table to manage users. Each table will need to list all the records in that table and then we will need to view/edit/save/delete records from each table. There will be some sub-tables within the Supplier Agreement Table like, Meter readings, Bill Charges and Agreement notes.

You will need to incorporate a google map image into the records along with uploading of photos. This can all be done with the bootstrap template.

There will be no public element to the website apart from a login page. You will need to set up a list of users which will be able to access the site along with password reset.
