Php/mysql

Hello, I have a simple website which has been half built some time ago. I have been trying to get the php/mysql working on my own very basic server, a Synology product. The site was working when based on another server, and I believe I have the pages generally which will assit, but I am not a programmer, and though I thought I may have been lucky and got it to work - I have not!!!
So I am looking to find someone who will make the php/mysql work on the synology and then with the website.
If you can help, that would be great.
