PHP, HTML, CSS (Version) and jQuery web dev needed with server setup experience

I seem to have a problem with a email submission form not functioning as it should do. I have had a PHP developer look into it and they could not see an error message show up on the back end of the website which led them to the conclusion that it is a problem with the server set-up. This function was working previously I am just not sure why it is not working now.

The same thing has happened with the twitter feed which seems to have disappeared and was once working.
My servers are not managed, so the company I use (Rackspace) are unable to look into this and find the issue so I'd actually like someone experienced in server setup and management.

I really need this job done as swiftly as possible?
