PHP HTML and CSS Developer for work on music web app

Hi there,

Looking for an experienced PHP developer to help us out for 3-4 hours on a new web app. Experience working with HTML, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, YouTube and MySQL would be helpful too.

It's a very simple app, using embedded videos from YouTube.

We have the database example built in excel. Currently its about 200 rows and and 3 columns, so not very big.

We have the front end designed using Bootstrap 3, and just need someone to create the database,using the Excel sheet as a template and use PHP to make the front end functional.

The PHP script will not be complex. We'll provide all the content, it just needs to randomly select items from the database.

We also need to be able to upload and tweak the database with new content, going forward. I have experience doing this with CSV files, so you can just bullet point what I need to after the work is complete.

There will also be a couple of quick front end HTML and CSS changes, and checking to make sure that everything looks OK across mobile and tablet as well. (It does at the moment).

I need this work done by midnight tonight, and will be online for the rest of the day for questions and clarifications.
