[PHP] Generate Cardano trx and submit to blockchain

I have a website written in the PHP scripting language. I would like to create a transaction of cardano along with some native tokens using tools like 'github.com/input-output-hk/cardano-cli' or 'github.com/Plutonomicon/cardano-transaction-lib'. Since I don't have a running node myself, this transaction also needs to be sent to the blockchain via an API.

My PHP script only generates variables such as:
$wallet_sender
$wallet_receiver
$amount_ada
$policy_id_native_token_1
$amount_native_token_1
$policy_id_native_token_2
$amount_native_token_2

I am using the blockfrost.io API to read the blockchain, but it is limited to reading only. It is only possible to submit an already serialized transaction to the network. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can firstly generate a serialized transaction and then submit it to the blockchain using the Blockfrost API.
