Description of requirements/functionality: I want to validate some fields on a registration Form. http://twinearn.com/member/register
1. Phone no filed should only accept numeric characters and it should accept only 11 digits, also validate user can not have two numbers,
2. Bank No: filed should only accept numeric characters and it should accept only 10 digits
3. User must confirm his email before he or she can login.
