PHP enquiry forms need editing so they rebuild on captcha fail

I have 4 php enquiry forms on my website that need editing so they rebuild if the captcha fails or is incorrect.
Currently the type"text" fields rebuild, but the drop-down menu's, textareas and attached files don't.
File 1 : Has 2 drop-downs and 1 text area.
File 2 : Has 6 drop-downs.
File 3 : Has 1 text area and 1 file attachment option.
File 4 : Has 1 file attachment option.
All the forms work perfectly apart from this.
