**Additional future bug fixes will be required / long term PPH contractor needed.
At the moment we have a website that has taken about 8 months to build. There are multiple bug fixes that need completing but for now we just need two completed to confirm you are the one for the rest.
Bug 1
At the moment we have an upload feature that takes forever to upload the smallest of images. We ideally need this looked into and fixed. Customers will be uploading jpgs between 2mb and 8mb on average. We need this to be a fast as "Expected" by normal standards.
Bug 2
Slight glitch in paypal payment method. Our website sends customers to Paypal to complete payment, unless the customer physically clicks "RETURN TO XYZ SITE" after payment, our backoffice does not register it as payment complete.
The money is removed from the customer's paypal but shows as incomplete in our site.

We need someone confident and competent with PHP / HTML / CSS - all the usual developer languages associated with web 2.0 websites.
Please let us know what access you will need in order to look into PHP issues and we will oblige.
