PHP data collection from website

Scrape web data from websites using PHP.

I'd like a new script that does exactly the same as the live script (current day) but gets the matches from a csv file. The problem that I have is that on weekends when there are a lot of matches, it takes a long time to collect all the data. What I'd prefer is to run the current script once, load the csv into Excel and check the data. Normally I can discard at least 80% of matches and get down to less than 10 that I'm interested in. I can save a new csv file (odds_selected.csv) and then run the new script which starts collecting the live odds but only for the matches that are listed in the odds_selected.csv file. This will improve the speed a lot as we only collect data for the 20% of matches we're interested in.

So, to summarize ...

Develop new php script that takes the input from a csv file and pulls the data from the website. The script should continue to collect data until the process is stopped - same as the Betexplorer_live.php script.
