PHP/CSS/MYSQL

I need somebody to help me with a project I have started. I've built the bulk of the HTML but need somebody to sweep through it and optimise the CSS to and HTML. Some parts are slightly above my knowledge but it's always better to get another pair of eyes to look over your work.

The work will involve some CSS/PHP/Javascript and MYSQL work.

Quick test: Attached is an example button we are using - please show us a working example of this in CSS.

Deadlines we agree on will need to be met without excuses. Prompt communication via skype/email is equally important.
