PHP business listings directory

Redo existing html directory as php & database with a few tweeks.

Two types of listing, premium and regular. Currently alpabetical but would like them displayed in random order, first a block of premium listings in two columns and then the regulars in two columns underneath.

Odd column lengths (ie. 5 listings) to be filled by an advert with an alt tag I can set on a per page basis.

Premium listings have up to three links available (but not shown if not used). These are "more info", "website" and "contact" (which goes to a modul window form at present to prevent spam).

Backend to allow adding and removing of listings, making changes etc.

I would like to pull in the listings using a php include and leave the existing template in tact.

Listings to be populated by me once new system is up and running.

All listings will be added/edited/removed by me so no need for any user signup/login/payment etc.

Back end doesn't need to look great but be functional for editing categories and listings.

Listings need be pulled in by other sites (cross domain) if possible so I can make more directories using the same set of listings.
