PhP and SQL queries for WordPress and Woocommerce integration

I am building an online store with wordpress and woocommerce and I have a plugin that creates tables based on different inputs, the one that I am interested requires a sql query to create the table, however that table main function is to be displayed on woocommerce "my account" page as endpoint and it has to dynamically populate the latest order fields, default order fields plus one custom field (special instructions) BUT it has to display the current/loggedin user order automatically so when any user/buyer visit their account he/she will be able to track the order in more detail than the default "view my order" woocommerce page. It is basically a "view my order" woocommerce endpoint but with more details. The ifelds needed to display are listed below.

Order Date (when order was initially placed)
Product Name
Product Image (via url)
Product description
Product code (sku)
Special instructions (only custom field)
Any attribute variations such as colour, material, size, etc (in human readable format)
Quantity
Total

I can provide the database as well as access to the wp dashboard to the table creating plugin where you can input the query and render the results to view the output exactly as it will display.

Please note that the main and crucial part of this table is that it will have to automatically display the latest order details FROM the current/loggedin user that placed the order in woocommerce.

A custom SQL query is needed and perhaps a PhP function/hook might be required for the query to work as intended.

I am open to solutions without the use of the table generator plugin as long as the end result meets all the requirements and the full working code is delivered on project completion perhaps (and preferably) as a shortcode so it can be easily positioned where needed.
