Perl developer for open source codebase customisation

We are looking for someone that is proficient in PERL to help with the assessment and customisation of an open source application, the core of which is written in PERL.

We have a working instance set up and configured on an AWS EC2 instance, http://fixme.qpc.org.uk/

We are looking for a PERL developer that can work with us to analyse, customise and extend the codebase to suit better our needs.

We estimate to start this will be a 1-2 week feasibility assessment and then, if it appears a good fit, to extend into a 4-6 week development project.
