Perl Application for EBay REST API: Inventory

Experience Level: Intermediate
Write a simple Perl application that outputs a list of current inventory items of a given eBay store
Application will interact with eBay using the eBay REST API
List will contain the eBay "title" and "sku"
All eBay API parameters such as "App ID (Client ID)", "Dev ID", "Cert ID (Client Secrete)", "RunName-Value", and requested eBay "scopes", will be passed as command line arguments
Source will be formatted according to default PerlTidy
Source will pass http://perlcritic.com Level 1 "Brutal"
The following Perl modules will be utilized:
HTTP calls: LWP
Query and Response payload JSON formatting: JSON::XS
Command Line Processing: Getopt::Long
