Our business is about to migrate to Outlook (most on 2010 and some on 2007), and I am looking to get a tool created so that they can input their contact details and it creates an email signature which is then uploaded to their signature.
We have over 250 employees.
Outlook is due to be rolled out in 2 weeks time, and I would like something ready by then if possible.
I believe the email should contain.
Line 1 First Name, Surname, Job Title,
Line 2 Address
Line 3 Company Registration Number (optional so would need a tick box to enable/disable)
Line 4 Phone
Line 5 Fax (optional via tick box)
Line 6 Mobile Phone (Optional via tick box)
Line 7 Email
Line 8 Web
Line 9 Linkedin URL (optional).
I'm happy to provide examples of what we have already. and please feel free to ask any questions.
