I have a remote server which my team access using remote desktop connection. The server has Sage 50 2011 installed on it which has two companies on it (Company 1 and Company 2). In addition, Microsoft Outlook is installed and used by each team member.
I want to set up Sage/ Outlook so that:
- Sage (Company 1) sends monthly account statements to our debtors automatically by email from the email address of Company 1's accountant
- Sage (Company 2) sends monthly account statements to our debtors automatically by email from the email address of Company 2's accountant
i have tried to set this up myself in the past but it seems there are permission issues which i cannot identify.
