OpenSea NFTs Sniping Bot

Hello!

I am looking for someone that has experience with crypto currencies, APIs and coding in general.
I am in need of a bot, that will be able to snipe on NFTs on OpenSea through the MetaMask wallet by using their APIs and also utilize the Blocknative Gas-Estimator API, to ensure that the transaction goes through with 99% probability.

What the bot would need to do:
1. User should be able to connect 1 or multiple MetaMask wallets
2. The user should be able to select 1 or multiple collections that are being continuous scanned by the bot for existing/new listing (monitoring)
3. The user should be able to set a buy threshold (e.g. 50% below floor)
4. Once a matching asset is found, the bot should initiate a buyOrder to buy the chosen asset with a custom gas setting by using the Blocknative API for Gas-Estimation, confirming the transaction by using the OpenSea/MetaMask API

I also like to discuss with you the tech-stack that is the most fitting for this project.
