The software must be in C#
I want it to be able to accept a PDF or an image and detect the edges in the image so that the shapes can be selected.
The UI can be a very simple UWP app and can even be Xamarin Forms is you want.
I have attached a PDF and image
I want the shapes in the PDF selectable
In the image I want the seams between the tail lights and body parts to be selectable as shapes.
