Online Customer Journey Intergration

I am looking to create an online process that utilises API access, XML webform outputs to FTP location for CMS input, and logic based web funnels.

The requirement will be to build an online pre-filtering process with different web pages the results of answers to multiple choice questions. From this, a successful process will lead to the ability to sign documents online using a 3rd party software, before finally passing this information as an XML output with the attached documents into an FTOP location to be picked up by a CMS.

The existing website has been built on Wordpress using a custom theme. Items such as the telephone number in the header are not hard coded to the header file, but dealt with via a menu plug in that is making the inclusion of things such as span tags to fire javascript for applications like response tap a little tricky. Within the process above process is the need to be able to appropriate track the visitors using a combination of the Response Tap platform ( pre-provided javascript in the footer of the site ) and span tags around each phone number to track visitor phone calls. The second element of tracking would be to include hidden fields within the contact form submission to allow for capture of the UTM parameters used in specific URLs.

All in all, a really interesting piece of project work that we are looking to get done ASAP.
