Online Accounting System for Intranet in VB.Net ASP.Net MVC MSSQL C#

I am looking for a developer to develop an online accounting application in .net/sql server environment.

I am looking for something similar to http://www.quickfile.co.uk/.

It can either be in vb.net or C# but need to use MS SQL server 2005/2008/2008r2 as backend.

I am not really worried about fancy UI at this stage so do not worry if you are not a front end specialist.

I have not prepared any project detail document yet. However I expect the developer to have solid experience in developing Accounting software for UK market and understand HMRC legislations.

Also, Since I have not created any project plans, I would expect developer/programmer to quote time it will take to finish the product as well as rate for complete project.
