On exit a website I want to ask some questions whcih then should be emailed to me

General information for the website: Competition website
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: This code is only required on the home page because it’s just a 1 page website.

When someone leaves the website either by closing their browser or entering a new url in their address bar – we want to display a pop-up box which follows the path below and asks the questions:-

1. “Thank you for visiting xxxx, do you mind us asking how you found the website?”
DROP DOWN - Friend / Family, Facebook - Sponsored Ad, Facebook - I follow your page, Search Engine, Poster
BUTTONS “Submit” (go to question 2) / “Cancel & Leave” (Exit)

2. “Did you enter our latest competition?”
DROP DOWN “Yes” (Go to item 3) / “No” (Go to item 4)

3. Display a panel “Great, thank you and good luck”
BUTTON “Leave”

4. “That’s a shame, do you mind use asking why?”
DROP DOWN – “Didn't like the prize”/ “Too expensive to enter” / “Wasn't clear what I had to do” / “Competition closed” / “Other” (text box)
BUTTONS “Submit” (go to item 5) / “Cancel & Leave” (Exit)

5. Display a panel “Great, thank you for your time”
BUTTON “Leave”

At stages 1, 2 and 4 an email is to be sent to an email address showing the information selected.
