On-Demand Delivery Platform Deployment

I have a Karendria system I would like to deploy (all 3 apps + website) and would like a few customizations.
They're as follow:

1) Setup for Karenderia website and all three apps (mobile app v2, driver app and merchant app). Enable google login, translate to French and add as a second language (all 3 apps) and change colors to match business colors scheme (color code will be provided). Build/compile and sign apps, have them ready for upload on Google Play store, Apple App Store and be accepted.

2) I need to add a local payment system option (see attach instructions document).

3) I want the delivery fee table to be created by admin ONLY and not the vendors. The delivery fee set by admin would be global to all vendors (vendors will be using admin delivery drivers only, not their own). Delivery fee table are still calculated based on distance from respective vendor address. And I want the customer to select delivery option at checkout - bicycle, motorcycle or by car. Each option will have its own delivery fee table. I want to be able to set a maximum distance for the bicycle choice.

I want full detailed documentation of changes and source code. Set all customizations to their own separate files whenever possible to avoid issues when future updates are releases. We can discuss the budget and time would be 12 days. There is incentive for earlier delivery of project.

The script is already purchase, hosting service (VPS) and other necessary files are ready so you can start working right away.
