Odoo Inventory Module Customization

Hello,

We are looking to have some customizations done on our Odoo Enterprise v10 inventory module.

The work we are looking to have done is the following:

1. Adding the ability to prioritize warehouses and locations, so that when an order is placed, delivery orders/pick tickets are issued to the highest priority warehouse/location with available inventory. We have a multicompany set up, and would like to be able to manage the priorities of locations independently for each company. See attached flowchart.
2. Adding the ability to assign US states to particular warehouses/locations, so that as Odoo goes down the priority list, shipping address is considered and the warehouse or location is skipped if it does not service the destination state.
3. Formatting of all our pick ticket, delivery order, delivery slip, etc documents. Currently, the formatting and barcodes do not display properly.
4. Ensuring the barcode interface works correctly, so that all pick/pack/ship and receiving operations can be done using a barcode scanner alone.

Additionally, if the work is performed correctly and our relationship is successful, we will have continuing customization and implementation work.
