This project involves enhancements and fixes across multiple UIs within the CRM system. Key updates include adding global search, sorting, and Excel export features to existing interfaces while aligning them with the standardized template design. Specific modules include languages, users, items, packages, firm contacts, vendors, communication models, contact activity types, outreach contacts, and leads. Fixes are required for outreach contact groups, journeys, and the expandable left-side menu. Additionally, new UIs for accounts, contacts, and clients must be developed. The accounts module will mirror leads, while clients will display main data plus linked leads and accounts.
