Update the Main UI by replacing the left logo with a wider version and reducing the top menu height. Add shortcuts for Help, Notifications, My Settings (profile photo/password), and user avatar with notification count. Make User Settings accessible to all users, supporting photo upload and timezone. Show local time and add a logout button next to language selector.
