Network a Xerox 7120 printer on windows 8

Need help to set up a Xerox 7120 printer to our small network of 10 pc's using windows 7 and 8. Need to download new drivers from internet, also need to set up scanning on the printer. we also need to connect a hp laserjet 1536dnf mfp to a pc on the network using a usb cable but share it the the rest of the next work. we are based in central london , would be better if we can come here but we could do it over the phone.
