.net function for instagram api

hi

i need .net code (vb.net/c#) that connect to my instagram account via rest api
and gets a list of all subscribers/followers (lastname, firstname, email, phone, profile pic etc)

thats all

The code must run entirely serverside. no browser/js code please.

you may use .net's regular WebClient classes, or ScrapySharp if needed (any other frameworks, please ask first)
