.NET Consultant or Troubleshooter

I have a .NET application (written by our parent company in USA) which was unitl a week or two ago running well on my laptop. Then I installed some new software, and it all stopped working (may purely be coincidence). I have since uninstalled the new software, but it didn't help. I now need a real expert on IIS, ASP.NET etc. to remote onto my laptop, and help me find out what has gone wrong with the web server (which won't any more even serve HTML pages), and put it right. It will probably take someone who knows this whole area well only an hour or two to fix this. It must be something minor and stupid that has gone wrong, but I don't know enough to fix it.
