Need to make a few changes and rectify a few errors on yii frame PHP website

General information for the website: food ordering process

I just need to sort the following:

1. Search by address, cuisine, food etc doesn't seems to work, when do the search it shows all takeaways and not the specific ones you look for.
2. On merchant page when ordering food, on - Choose Delivery Slot: * can you make it stop people to choose the time passed, for example if is 10:30, he can only choose from delivery slots of 11-12 and onwards, so a link between real time and delivery slots, may be automatically show only the delivery slots available. Hope that makes sense.
3. On guest checkout to make the fields: street, postode, town and phone number required and check if is correct. (so if someone write in postcode field incorrect postcode, address or phone number missing numbers to let them know)
