Need to insert tracking code into Angular application

General information for the website: We are a Healthcare Recruiting Firm
Description of requirements/features: My ATS/CRM provided me with the files for an Open Source Career Portal so I can post jobs through the software and have them visible on my website.

The job board I am marketing my jobs with gave me a conversion tracking code to put on my website anywhere after the "Thank You" page when someone applies to a job.

Seems fairly straight forward, but the website is an Angular 2 'SPA' application. The tracking code I have been given is based on the assumption that my website is a conventional multi-page HTML site, and thus allows me to insert the code at the end of the application process. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Looking for someone who can append the tracking code on the "Thank You!" pop-up at the end of the application process (the final of the 3 screenshots attached).
