Need to get Virtual Gifts done on a small social networking script

The Virtual gifts are images that other members can send to each other based on how many points they have and each gift has its set price. This gift system uses a lot of Ajax techniques so the page will not refresh when selecting the gift. This designed is based on the tagged.com site for virtual gifts. The design I did just need the coding to make it work.. I assume it will take 30 hours to code as one programmer guessed..
