Need to disable and then reinstall Wordpress plug-ins

I clicked autoupdate for all my plugins on Wordpress nad so now the site has crashed and I need to disable and then reinstall my Wordpress plug-ins. My issue specifically is with the WOoCommerce plug-in and so I need to check that is all working.

We had this email from Wordpress:
