Need some php code for my wordpress site

Hi, I'm a web designer but I usually use Thesis as my framework.
I am currently refreshing a wordpress site for a client, but dealing with lots of PHP and I'm afraid of getting locked out if I mess it up!
I need the following:
1. In the sidebar - change the current testimonials widget to a rolling testimonials (i.e different testimonials fade in fade out)
2. In the sidebar (space at bottom) add a video player that's easy to use and won't take up too much WP loading time.
3. Add a newsletter sign up pop up and integrate it with Mailchimp. I have designed one via addsticky.com but am flummoxed as to how to integrate it!
The rest of the site (CSS & HTML changes) I have done!
I've attached a copy of the pop up.
I will give you the URL and login details for this & Mailchimp & Sticky when the job is agreed.
