Need quick php script

i need a script that will generate a list of ?key=1 tokens depending on how many i ask it to generate eg:

generate 3 keys:
101
102
103

once the keys are accessed i want them to be added to a blacklist.dat file so they can no longer be accessed after viewing once.

when added to a url eg: http://mysite.com/?key=1 it should redirect to http://mysite.com/home/index.php

a session should be made so someone can only jump to the site if the key creates a session.
