Need Laravel Code Audited along with Ios & Google App

I hired a team to create a website (in Laravel) along with both the Google/IOS apps to go along with it. They have delivered their work, but the website is not functioning properly. I need to hire a 3rd party to examine the code and the 2 apps and test everything. I would like a detailed honest reporting of what is not working and what is working.

This may lead to work, however, I need to know that I can trust you.
