Need Eliott Waves Coding for TradeStation and ThinkOrSwim

I have two parts of this project.

Eliott Waves;
I need to have Eliott Waves code for my Trade Station. I need it to be exactly like Eliott Waves is 1-5, ABC then 1-5 however, sometimes it will be ABC then again ABC then 1-5. I am looking for coding to be done for TradeStation and ThinkOrSwim. (I currently use ZigZag on TradeStation, but it isn't helpful because I have no idea where the wave count is at or the trend the market is heading.

Second Part:
I need a Green Arrow with strong input for the market is going to go up or down. So, depending on the wave and where entry would be for entry or exit, stoploss, to selling short and stop loss info from there. These indicators are very important for me as a day trader to make to be profitable.

Please review everything and let me know what you can or can't do. I prefer I hire someone that can do all of it which makes my life easier.

Just to be clear… I want a system like this website offers with buy, sell signals.

I also need Elliott and Dow Theory implemented into the code.

Moving Average 200 or so.

Indicators set up for buy/sell signals.

Stop loss if possible.

Then a rainbow like indicator in the graph showing red to green crossover.

This is pretty much it. Once I get this all going it should be a breeze.

If you don’t have proof of doing this kind of work don’t apply. I don’t want to waste either of our time. Please be detailed in your inquiry or bids. Lastly my budget is $500 for all of this. I expect bids to be anywhere from $150-$500 depending on the cert level you are at.
