Requesting the following enhancements.
1. Make Gridlines appear in all tabs
2. Add Lead Date field
3. Add ability to edit existing follow-up notes via user form
4. Need ability to wrap text in cells and change cell format.
5. Remove the "clear all" button. This is not needed.
6. Search function should be able to search on all fields, not just a selected field.
