Need an email contact importer created in php

I need an e-mail contact importer created which will import a user's email contacts, when their name, email address and password is entered

I need to integrate the main email services such as:

Hotmail
gmail
yahoo
lycos
aol
fastmail
icqmail
msn.com
live.com
rediffmail.com
ymail
rocketmail

if any of these can't be done, just let me know - the more you can do, the better.

I believe you would need to use each services API or other service to be able to import the contacts successfully.

Once the email contacts are imported, a customised message (setup by me in an admin section) will be sent to those contacts.

Other notes:

1. There will be an admin section where I can specify the message to be sent to the contacts. This message needs to be customisable by me

2. The names and emails of the contacts imported and who the message has been sent to needs to be saved in the admin section in its own tab

3. Each email sent to contacts will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom, so if the person who received the email no longer wishes to receive future messages, they can click that unsubscribe link and they will never receive messages from us again

4. emails will be sent using cron function ideally.

5. the form fields with the name,email, password fields should be customisable in html/css

6. On the front end for the importer, when the user has entered their name, email address and password, a screen should open displaying the names of the contacts/email addresses and also a section where the message being sent to them will show. The look of this must be customisable in html

7. Ideally, and this is optional, some kind of fraud setting function in admin is ideal. This will allow me to ban a certain email address, IP or person from using the contact form, or from receiving messages sent from the form.

The contact importer itself will be integrated inside a php database I already have created. Once the user logs into the database, the contact importer will be displayed to the user - I will provide the db details on request

There will be a follow-up job which will develop the admin section you created, so repeat business is definitely guaranteed.
