Need a small single-page web application based on provided design V2

The design a single-page application to guide companies to start their business.
The application asks a series of questions and helps provide guidance and connect the person to appropriate resources.
Instead of pop-ups provide inscreen expansions. Stay with single page application design, except for one sub-page.

Basic layout, table design and pseudocode is available.

But the key is that this has to be built on our development platform called MaxBlox ( www.maxblox.com). This is generally known as Platform-as-a-service ( PaaS) and should reduce the amount of code to be written. The entire platform is written using Microsoft technology. Some Dotnet code will be necessary to make things work.

We will provide the initial training. on our platform. 20% of the budget can planned for the training effort.
