Need a PHP script that can receive windmail.dat files, exact the files and send.

General information for the business: In house use
Description of requirements/functionality: Need a PHP script that can receive windmail.dat files, extract the files and send back to sender.
Server will be provided with Ubuntu, SSH login and TNEF (to extract winmaill.dat)
Need MTA client installed like EXIM that can receive emails and pass this onto PHP script that will extract (from, to, message ) and the attachments from windmill.dat and forward back to sender.

Further development will be required in future.
