General information for the website: need a php script fine tuned asap
Num. of web pages/modules: one page
Description of every page/module: I need a script that can send a html email to my users
the users will be called from a text file eg: emails.txt

the html email that the users will receive will send a unique link with the users email address and username like this

Dear username,

Thank you for registering with us, pls confirm your email address: http://example.com/test.php?email=$email


when the user clicks on the link,
a new page opens
his email will already be entered in the form field and all he has to do is click submit.


The results i.e: username is sent to the admins email.
