Need a logic tool that cleans up data from csv file

I need someone to build a simple logic tool/script that allows me to upload data from an csv and then for it to sort it according to some rules.

The data in the sheets will be coming from a download file from hunter.io. Hunter is s atool that finds email addresses from a website. It often finds 10 email addresses so the tool needs to apply some logic rules to identify a single email address to use.

The tool on the video only sorts to one email address per domain. I would like the tool that we build to give us the option of how many emails we choose by applying some logic rules.

I would also like it to be able to export to google sheets.
