Need a HTML/CSS/Javascript professional for slideshow fix and responsive menu

I need a javascript/jquery professional to fix a speed issue with an image slider plugin I'm using on a site, the plugin can be found here: http://slideme.luigiferraresi.it/

The problem is that the slides are passing by too quickly and the "speed" option doesn't change anything.

I will also need you to develop a "burger" style menu for when visitors use mobile (You can use a plugin for this)

I'll send you the website in a ZIP file. for everything to work the website should be on a PHP server because I use a lot of include_once...

If you're a Javascript/Jquery professional it shouldn't take more than an hour to do these tasks
