Need a drop down thumb nail site design selector with categories to search through

On my web site I already have a way to change the CSS style of my site. It uses a drop down with a go type button to change the style. What I want is to have it modified so when I click on change site style a drop down will appear from the top of my site where the ads and logo space appear then from there I can browse site designs

then I want it just as a link I click on that will scroll me up to top page and this will drop down

from there i can choose a design by clicking a thumb nail that will change the look of the site by calling up a new CSS. if member like then they click save.


What is needed:

1. A way to add a category to each CSS design and a way to move the design into a new category


Note: at this time I have to add a new CSS design from the Sql DB so need a way to do it easier.

2. A way to add a thumb nail image to each CSS style

3. the actual drop down design is needed which uses ajax

Note: I put $60 but this is a open bid of who ever think they can do. so I will collect offers before I decide who will do this job
