Need 1 API & 1 Zap to integrate Datazapp to Phoneburner

I need a Zap setup described below. If this is a Zap you can do, please let me know what you will charge me and how quickly you can get it done.

DATAZAPP > ZAPIER > PHONEBURNER
There is a trigger available in Zapier for the data to go FROM ZAPIER TO PHONEBURNER. However, these isn't for data to go FROM DATAZAPP TO ZAPIER.

However, Datazapp did supply these two links below. They told me this is everything a developer should need to setup an API. JSON format.
