MT4 to MT5 Indicator Conversion

Conversion of an open source MT4 indicator to MT5 format, with the addition of a simple parameter: a time reset input - this will make the calculation start from zero level at the desired time.

Since MT4 does not record ticks, the indicator has a "record ticks" function so the indicator can plot historical data. Given that MT5 has real ticks history, I don´t think this will be necessary (programmer needs to check it, though).
