MT4 Script (Provided) add Alarm - PlaySound() and Vertical Line

I have a MT4 script which plots the MACD. The MACD Signal Line changes color based on the MACD Slope. So goes from Red to Blue and Blue to Red. See image.

Requirements:

1. If the MACD Signal Line colour changes from Blue to Red (on Bar Close) - Alarm1.wav is played
2. If the MACD Signal Line colour changes from Red to Blue (on Bar Close) - Alarm2.wav is played

Wav files stored in "Sounds" folder in Terminal directory.

3. When the Colour changes a vertical line is drawn on the chart. Option to turn on and off. See Ex. Image
4. If MACD Signal Line Colour changes from Blue to Red, Vertical Line Color is Red
5. If MACD Signal Line Color changes from Red to Blue, Vertical Line Color is Blue

I understand the bar must close to confirm the MACD Signal Line colour change before the calculation can be done. The vertical line is then placed at the previous bar. i.e. where the change in colour of the MACD Signal Line occurs. See image.
