Hi Richard, Excuse me, but there is something I cannot understand about these procedures. You wrote: "We received an email with an Outlook item as an attachment" Does it happen within your organization or does "someone" outside your organization send you this email? Thanks in advance, Carlos

Yes, its from a company outside our organisation. The first screen shot shows how it arrives in our inbox. We then have to click on the outlook item for it to reveal the message that we need to forward, second screen shot.

RichardCarlos O.22 Jul 2022Thank you for your reply. At a first view this problem is a consequence of a unwanted configuration of the sender. Does it have sense to fit your system due a wrong configuration of this people?

Could you clarify your requirement.
I'm assuming crearting a new email with the attachment would cause the same problem.
How does the management program operate - does it need the PDF file saved in filestore as a pdf file either on a local drive uploaded say to the cloud, or is a different action required

If the email is forwarded with a PDF attachment, as you would normally send, then it will process correctly. If it is forwarded as an outlook item then it will not process.
I hope this clarifies, the second screen shot is how we would like to forward the email.
