Description of requirements/features: I am currently working on a school pilot project. Assess students based on their performance in% on a year. I currently work with excel but ist not easy for me . wouldI like to have a very simple (Basic) and portable web application to manage this table (Add new, edit, delete, send mail ). All data is manually entries and must be saved (XML ? ). For more information see the attachments. thank you in advance.
