Hi - Are you a seasoned Azure DevOps expert? Our team is new to Azure and we're looking to engage someone to review our current Azure setup and make recommendations about how to keep costs low, and quality high. We're building a mobile app that is using Xamarin, which also leverages SQL. In addition, there's an admin portal (React) running on a Linux instance.
